Dawn Lady!

We wake up early when it’s still inky World’s snoozing and snooping   When we run for our purpose, for our living Thee, for belly feeding and I for healing  Thee for wealth and I for health.    “ You could never convince a monkey to give you a banana by promising him limitless bananas after death in monkey heaven.”- Sapiens  Through  Sapiens ,  Yuval Noah Harari  has tried to categorically convince readers that    the evolutionary wisdom considered incredible advantageous to Homo sapiens is not a wholesome story. Homo sapiens, the specie we modern humans belongs to means “wise man”    i.e Homo + sapiens : man which is wise. If you ever had the question, if humans evolved from apes ? Is it true ? Or if we both evolved separately from common ancestors( who used to look alike ape but definitely not like modern apes ). If you have the curiosity to know about evolution of Homo sapiens and advancement of society(as we claim so)  then the book is definitely for you.  Moreover questions like ,We as humans are more civilised but are we more advanced too ? Do happiness we admire is    really a concept ? These questions drive a strong desire to read this book. This book questions the

Book Review: Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda

The best of all I have read so far, and probably the most trancedental I have discovered.     It diminishes the area between reality and illusion. Perhaps, what we perceive is all an illusion, and what we fail to see is reality. Taking away from the material world to spiritual world and that too through a scientific path, is what makes it special. The mystery of Himalayan saints unfolds worldly, through material living saintly figures(sometimes figure less, yes they do so). Starting from the quest of Mukunda(later Yogananda), to run away to Himalayas, searching for his guru and true knowledge. It narrates the real life experience of India’s most valued Yogi who took the Yogic technique of Kriya Yoga to distant lands.  Kriya yoga : is a simple , psychophysiological method by which human blood is decarbonated and recharged with oxygen. The atoms of this extra oxygen are transmuted into life current to rejuvenate the brain and spinal centers. By stopping the accumulation of venous blood
